Air conditioning is something we take for granted until it doesn't work!  Unfortunately in most cases the decline in it's efficiency is a slow process so not always obvious, until we get our first warm day or can't demist the interior windows in the winter.

On average most cars will lose 15% of the refigerant gas each year whether it's used or not. When about half the gas is lost, the system will not work at all, resulting in higher fuel consumption as the system is working much harder, damage can also result as essential lubricants may have also been lost or are no longer being re-circulated.

When we service a system we recover any remaining gas, test the system for leaks, before adding the correct amount of new refrigerant. The system is then tested to ensure correct operation.

The cost of servicing varies depending on the type of car and the quantity of refigerant needed but start from just £49
